False, the amount of sleep your body gets will very much so effect your day. Sleep allows the brain and body to rest and grow, we need sleep to perform tasks throughout the day.

False. The amount of sleep you get will determine how well you will perform throughout the day. And if you get less sleep all the time you may have insomnia and can get long-term health problems. You may also get high blood pressure as well.
