x = [tex]\frac{1}{3}[/tex] is the only zero

to find the zero set f(x) = 0, thus

3x - 1 = 0 ( add 1 to both sides )

3x = 1 ( divide both sides by 3 )

x = [tex]\frac{1}{3}[/tex]
