What would be the effect on the annual march of the seasons if the north pole always leaned toward the sun?

There would be no effect because It is physically impossible for the North Pole to always point towards the Sun. The northern hemisphere would be in eternal summer, whereas the southern hemisphere would be in eternal winter. Probability is that the northern icecap would melt, and the southern icecap would grow. There wouldn't be any seasons except for a slight effect caused by the eccentricity of the orbit.
