The line is divided in the ration 2:1.

The formula for the x coordinate of c is:-

x =   2*1 + 11*2  / (2+1) =  24/3 = 8

y =  -1 *1 + 5*2 /  3 =   9/3 = 3

Coordinates of c are (8,3)  answer
