Easy, find the equation of the line,

Using y=mx+b form:

(-1,3) m=2

3= 2(-1)+b

3= -2+b
+2     +2

5=b

y=2x+5. This is your equation.

Now, plug in the coordinates:

(-3,2)

2= 2(-3)+5
2= -6+5
2= -1

NO

(0,5)

5= 2(0)+5
5=5

YES

(1,5)

5= 2(1)+5
5= 2+5
5=7

NO

(1,4)

4= 2(1)+5
4= 2+5
4=7

NO.

Thus, B, is your answer.
