Percents are a number out of 100. For example, 10% is 10/100, which is the same as 1/10.
For this example, we get 37.5/100. This is the number in its simplest form. Unless you divide it by 10, but when working with fractions the number has to EVENLY go into each, so it just has to stay that way.
Our answer is 37.5/100.
