The man is 100,000 times longer than the amoeba.

Height of man = 1.7 meters
Length of amoeba = 17um
As 1 u(micro) = 10 ^-6
This is 1/100,000
Now length of amoeba= 17 * 10 ^-6 m
Which this mean that the man is 100,000 longer than the amoeba.
