Scalene triangle. 
All three segments are different lengths so it is a scalene triangle.
Use the distance formula [tex]Distance =\sqrt{(x_2 -x_1)^2 + (y_2- y_1)^2}[/tex] to find the distance of the three segments.
[tex]RT=\sqrt{(1 -5)^2 + (3- 2)^2} =1.4[/tex]
[tex]TS=\sqrt{(3 -5)^2 + (1- 2)^2} =2.2[/tex]
[tex]RS=\sqrt{(1 -3)^2 + (3- 1)^2} =2.8[/tex]
