All of the following meet the FMCSA definition of epilepsy except:
a) 2 or more unprovoked seizures.
b) 2 or more provoked seizures.
c) 2 or more unprovoked seizures controlled by medication
d) A clinical diagnosis of epilepsy from a neurologist.
