Women experiencing depression more often than men would be an evidence that biological factors really has an effect on pschopathology. In many studies about depression, hormonal differences are mostly being cited as the reason why do women feel depression more. Women are more likely to experience hormone levels fluctuations than men which affects the overall mood.
